Made to order

Every piece takes four to six weeks from order to delivery. We don't hold finished stock waiting for a buyer — your piece is made by hand in our workshop in Taxco once you order it. We'll always try to move faster when we can, and we'll tell you if something is going to take longer.

Shipping

• We ship worldwide
• Orders to the United States ship from Houston, Texas
• Duties, taxes and customs fees outside the United States are the buyer's responsibility
• You'll receive tracking as soon as your piece leaves us

Returns and exchanges

Because every piece is made by hand and to order, we handle returns differently than a store selling finished inventory.

• Size exchange: one free exchange within 14 days of delivery
• Store credit: within 30 days of delivery, for unworn pieces
• Damaged or defective: full refund within 7 days of delivery
• We don't offer monetary refunds for change of mind

To start any of these, write to hola@carolinaspratling.com with your order number and a photo if the piece arrived damaged.

Custom orders

Pieces made to a custom size or with a substituted stone are final sale. We'll always talk you through the options before you commit.

Repairs

Your piece was made by hand in our workshop, which means it can usually be repaired there. Write to us and tell us what happened.
