Size Guide
Rings
We make rings in US sizes 4 through 9.5, in half sizes.
If you don't know your size, take a ring you already wear and measure the inside diameter across, in millimeters. Then find it here:
| US size | Inside diameter | Inside circumference |
|---|---|---|
| 4 | 14.9 mm | 46.8 mm |
| 4.5 | 15.3 mm | 48.0 mm |
| 5 | 15.7 mm | 49.3 mm |
| 5.5 | 16.1 mm | 50.6 mm |
| 6 | 16.5 mm | 51.9 mm |
| 6.5 | 16.9 mm | 53.1 mm |
| 7 | 17.3 mm | 54.4 mm |
| 7.5 | 17.7 mm | 55.7 mm |
| 8 | 18.1 mm | 56.9 mm |
| 8.5 | 18.5 mm | 58.1 mm |
| 9 | 18.9 mm | 59.4 mm |
| 9.5 | 19.4 mm | 60.9 mm |
Two things worth knowing. Fingers swell in heat and shrink in cold, so measure in the middle of the day rather than first thing in the morning. And our Sol rings sit wide across the finger — if you're between sizes on a wide band, go up.
Bracelets
Measure around your wrist with a tape measure or a strip of paper, then add about half an inch so the piece moves comfortably.
- Small — 6"
- Medium — 7"
- Large — 8"
If your wrist falls between two sizes, go up. A bracelet that sits slightly loose wears better than one that binds.
Necklaces
- Pez Necklace — 16", a choker that sits at the base of the neck
- Lengua Trio Necklace — 20", falls just below the collarbone
- Lilly Necklace — a collar, sits close to the neck
We make necklaces to measure on request. Write to us before ordering.
Earrings
- Sol Earrings — 1.4 cm stone, 7 rays, longest 14 mm
- Sol Pequeño Earrings — 1.2 cm stone, 5 rays, longest 11 mm
- Lengua Drop Earrings — hollow-formed, about 10 g the pair
All are post-back and built hollow, so they read as a statement and weigh almost nothing.
Scarf rings and slides
Our scarf rings have open, adjustable bands, so they take everything from a light silk square to a folded bandana. One size.

Write to hola@carolinaspratling.com. Everything we make is made by hand to order, so we can often adapt a size that isn't listed. Tell us the measurement in millimeters and we'll take it from there.
